Allmänna Tennisklubben Lund, hereinafter referred to as ATL, grants the subscriber the right to use a court for play during the period from 10 August 2026 to 13 June 2027.

The booked court is specified by day, time and price in the Matchi booking system.

The following rules apply to court subscriptions:

1. Play is limited to a maximum of 4 people per court and playing session.

2. Temporary changes to the subscribed playing time may be made provided that the reception is notified at least 6 hours before the scheduled start time. The playing time may be moved up to 14 days forward free of charge. However, an already rescheduled time cannot be changed again. If the playing time is not rescheduled but cancelled, 80% of the fee will be refunded provided that the cancellation is made at least 4 hours before the scheduled start time and the court is subsequently rented to someone else. Any refunds will be credited at the next invoicing period. If the subscription ends, any remaining credit will be transferred to a Plus Account/value card for future bookings.

3. ATL reserves the right, on special occasions such as tournaments, to use the booked time, in which case the fee paid will be refunded, or to move the subscriber to another court.

4. The contract is valid for the full period 10 August 2026 – 13 June 2027, but payment is divided into two terms. The first term runs from 10 August 2026 – 31 December 2026 and the second from 1 January 2027 – 13 June 2027. The subscription nevertheless covers all 44 weeks from August to June.

5. During the contract period, there are certain days when we have limited opening hours. These days are excluded before subscriptions are created and will therefore not be invoiced. If your subscribed playing time falls outside the opening hours on these days, you will not have access to a court:

   • 23/12: 10:00–20:00

   • 24/12: Closed

   • 25/12: 10:00–16:00

   • 26/12: 10:00–16:00

   • 31/12: 09:00–15:00

   • 1/1: Closed

   • 6/1: 10:00–22:00

   • 26/3: 10:00–16:00

   • 27/3: 10:00–16:00

   • 28/3: 10:00–18:00

   • 29/3: 10:00–22:00

   • 30/4: 10:00–18:00

   • 1/5: 10:00–16:00

   • 6/5: 10:00–22:00

   • 6/6: 10:00–19:00

   No tennis subscriptions will be available from 27/12 to 31/12 due to a tournament.

6. Verbal agreements or commitments made outside this contract are not valid.

7. ATL is not responsible for any personal belongings lost or left unattended within the facility.

8. The subscriber assumes responsibility, both for themselves and their fellow players, for carefully following all regulations issued by the facility and for ensuring that the facility and any property belonging to it are not damaged or misused.

9. In the event of force majeure, such as war, riots, strikes, lockouts or other work stoppages, fire, explosion, fuel shortages, interruption of artificial lighting, or any other circumstance beyond ATL’s control, as well as in the event of financial force majeure, ATL is entitled to terminate this agreement with immediate effect.

10. If the subscriber breaches any of the rules set out in this agreement, ATL has the right to terminate the agreement with immediate effect.

11. Please note: Play is only permitted in tennis and badminton (indoor) shoes. Running shoes and other shoes with coarse soles damage our courts and are strictly prohibited!

12. At the end of the subscription period, the subscription will automatically be renewed for the 2027/28 season (HT27/VT28), unless otherwise notified by email to jesper@atllund.se.

Invoices are sent by email each term, in August and December.
